Hi there! I’m Vicky, Owner & Head Coach of Victory Fitness.
With several years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with women of all ages & fitness levels, helping them navigate their own personal health journeys.
Having grown up playing tennis at a high level, my love for health and fitness has been a constant throughout my life. Today, my true passion lies in empowering women to feel strong, confident, and capable - whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or aiming to crush your next big goal.
At Victory Fitness, we focus on creating a supportive, inclusive space where every client can thrive. We work with you to develop a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Aside from running my business, you’ll find me relaxing with my dog Jasmine, out for a run, travelling the world with my partner Kev, or discovering the best foodie spots wherever I go!
Hannah Nash - Coach
Helloooo! I'm Hannah, a trainee Psychotherapist and new coach at Victory Fitness. I am just about to start my final year in my Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling and am incredibly passionate about physical health, mental well-being and the power of conversations.
I'm also the host of a podcast called Greener Fields which focuses on travel, emigration and living in Ireland in your 20s and 30s. Victory Fitness is an incredibly special place and I am so happy to be part of the team. I can't wait to support you on your own unique journey!
Lynsey Mac Gowan - Coach
Hey, I’m Lynsey! I’m a competitive powerlifter who believes strength comes in many forms. Whether I’m chasing PBs in the gym, hiking up a mountain, or unwinding with some yoga, I’m all about finding balance through movement.
When I’m not lifting heavy things, you’ll probably find me out in nature, hiking new trails, dipping into icy seas (wannabe mermaid), or just soaking up the sun on the beach in some tropical land or Killiney. I used to be a full-on horse girl, and while the horses have been swapped for barbells, that love for connection, discipline, and a little bit of wild energy still shapes how I move and coach.
As a personal trainer, I want to help women feel strong, capable, and confident both in and out of the gym. Whether your goal is to build strength, move better, or simply enjoy being active, I’m here to guide you with a mix of power, play, and patience.
