Our Semi-Private Programme offers a personalised training experience similar to 1-1 coaching, but within a small & enjoyable group environment.

With up to 6 people per class, every client receives focused attention and support throughout each session. We design each training block around your individual goals, and every session can be adapted to suit your ability, ensuring you progress safely and effectively.
